A Special Thank You to Stuart

After more than 15 years of dedicated service to the Wellington Roller Hockey Association, we want to take a moment to recognize and thank Stuart for everything he has given to WRHA and our hockey families.

Stuart shared his passion for hockey with his children and, through that passion, became an important part of the WRHA community. His commitment to the league went far beyond the years his own children played.  Even after his kids had moved on, Stuart continued to volunteer his time, coach, help manage the league, and keep things moving behind the scenes. He also took on the important job of maintaining and managing the WRHA website, helping keep families connected to schedules, information, photos, and everything happening around the league.

For more than 15 years, Stuart was one of the people who helped keep WRHA moving forward—often doing the behind-the-scenes work that families may never see but that makes a volunteer league possible.

As Stuart steps away from his leadership and volunteer role, we want him to know how much his dedication has meant to WRHA. His willingness to continue giving his time long after his own children were finished playing is a true example of community, commitment, and sportsmanship—the same values we hope to teach every player who comes through our league.

Thank you, Stuart, for 15+ years of service, dedication, and friendship. WRHA is stronger because of the time and energy you have given to it, and we are grateful for the many players and families who have benefited from your commitment to the league.

Give Your Hockey Gear a Second Life

Have gently used hockey equipment your family has outgrown? Donate it to WRHA and help another player get on the rink!

The Wellington Roller Hockey Association welcomes donations of used hockey equipment that can be cleaned, maintained, and put back into use by our players. Your donation helps make roller hockey more accessible to families in our community.

To donate equipment, call 561-389-6327 or email wellingtonrollerkidz@gmail.com. We’ll work with you to arrange a convenient time to drop off your equipment.
